Customer Care Manager

You will be responsible for our Customer Care department, managing a team of dedicated and professional Customer Care Agents on a daily basis while innovating long term to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will report directly to our CEO.
Ensuring and driving the best customer experience possible
As Customer Care Manager you together with your passionate team will have the responsibility of handling customer inquiries from around the world. The team consists of around 15 Shapers - both full time and part timers.
We are already at a high satisfaction level with a score of 4,8 on Trustpilot - but we always try to stretch further and do better every day and in this role, you have the opportunity to do so.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the Customer care team - both long term and short term (including day to day planning, training, development, recruitment etc)
- Being part of the team handling customer requests hands on a daily basis
- Continuous development, optimization digitization of processes and procedures to build and shape the customer-centric mindset
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing,
- Collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders on optimization projects
Your success will depend on continued and hopefully even higher customer satisfaction both now and in the future - this of course while focusing on a positive and motivating team culture.
Motivating Leader with a positive and inspiring attitude
As our new Customer Care Manager, you have great experience in customer service, with minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Exceptional leadership skills, with proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams is a given. You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and we expect you to have proficiency in using customer support software, social media, CRM systems and data analytics tools.
Fluency in English and Danish is a prerequisite, both in written and verbal form, and it is preferable to be able to communicate in Danish or German.
As a person, you are very structured, solution-focused, and open-minded with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have an international mindset with strong cooperation, coordination, and exceptional communication skills. All while being a positive person that thrives on giving people an experience out of this world.
