HR Operations & Legal Specialist

We're looking for a dedicated HR Operations & Legal Specialist to ensure the smooth and compliant functioning of our HR department. In this vital role, you'll provide essential support to our organization by managing operational and legal matters on a global scale, and fostering policy development, deployment and employee relations. You will be part of the HR Operations Team and report to the Head of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
Strengthening HR Operations and ensuring Legal Compliance
As our new HR Operations and Legal Specialist, your mission is clear – ensure that our HR operations run seamlessly and in compliance with local regulations to support our organization effectively.
You will lead legal matters on a global scale. With the focus on advising the organization on employment laws and regulations with support from local external suppliers, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our HR operations on a general level as well. You will have other responsibilities which includes;
- Global lead on Employment laws, policies and Governance structures in this regard - including agreements with external legal suppliers
- Global Lead on Compensation & Benefits: Including Designing and implement compensation and benefit strategies, ensuring the maintenance of relevant policies and processes, including yearly merit reviews and global/local benefits
- Continuously ensure the organization and our ways of Working are updated on employment laws, align HR policies with legal requirements, and collaborate with external experts to address HR-related legal matters
- Define strategies for employee mobility, facilitating smooth international transitions
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Oversee HR record maintenance, ensuring compliance with recordkeeping requirements and data privacy regulations using our HRM System
- Analytics and reporting

Strong HR and Legal understanding with multilingual abilities
As our new HR operations & Legal Specialist, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience within an HR organization with a strong grasp of the legal aspects of HR. You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and we expect you to have proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English and Danish is a prerequisite, both in written and verbal form. Furthermore we see it vital that you are able to communicate in German as it is one of our the biggest markets.
As a person, you are very structured, solution-focused, and open-minded with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced global environment. You thrive on giving clear and hands on advice due to your exceptional cooperation and communication skills. All with a both international, business driven and holistic mindset.
