As our organization is growing, we are beyond excited to expand our product assortment range. To support this expansion and take our design universe to the next level, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Developer, who will join the R&D team in our journey to create, innovate, and push the boundaries of the fashion industry.

Developing high-quality products

In this position, you will be responsible for the product development process of our women’s universe, which will take you on the entire journey from idea to prototype to finished product – and all the stops in between. Therefore, you will be a key driver in expanding and developing high-quality products for our women’s collection, while also taking part in the development process of the men’s collection. In this role, the key to success is a creative mindset, attention to detail, and eminent construction skills. You will be part of a team with the attitude that nothing is impossible, it just hasn’t been done yet. It is important that you are a team player, as we believe that the best products come from cooperation – which is also why we often ask our Shaper colleagues about their ideas and thoughts on our products.

Some of your key tasks will include:

• Owning the product development process of our women’s products

• Developing design tech packs

• Pattern development and construction

• Carrying out fittings and developing size charts
• Testing and adjusting the products to reach the perfect end result
• Contribute to improving our men’s products when necessary

You will work closely together with the rest of the R&D and our Production team in Portugal to ensure best-in-class products. To be successful in the role of Product Developer, you will contribute to our product line with new, innovative products that create value for our guests, as well as contribute to a positive workflow in the team. Further, you are able to work efficiently and flexibly as there is a broad area of responsibilities and a broad range of tasks waiting for you.

A strong passion for design and product development

The ideal candidate for this position has a degree within the field and is experienced in designing and developing men’s and particularly women's clothes, as familiarity with this is crucial to succeed in the role.

As a person, you are motivated by designing, developing, and delivering best-in-class products to the end consumer and thrive in an innovative environment.
