Here at Shaping New Tomorrow, our customers are at the core of everything we do. Therefore, we take great pride in putting time and effort into our Customer Care department.
Everything we do in Customer Care is focused on providing our guests with extraordinary service and thereby creating extraordinary experiences.
In Customer Care, we handle all inquiries, comments, and reviews from our guests with a positive attitude and mindset - both in spoken or written dialogue.

- We collaborate with departments across the organization to secure and create the best solutions for our guests. Along with the Stores/Retail department, we have the greatest responsibility in outgoing communication with our guests and therefore play a large part in representing our brand.
