Our Customer Experience department has one goal: Creating value for the customers.
In our department, we utilize the feedback we get from customers to understand their experiences with us and try to always improve upon them. These improvements can be everything from subtle changes to larger cross-functional projects.
No two days are the same as most work is mainly project-based - and that makes every day awesome!
Our CX department acts as a facilitator and cooperator within the organization, and we work closely together with all departments with either direct or indirect impact on the experience of our customers. CX has an especially tight cooperation with Customer Care. The cooperation that CX has with the other departments ranges from small tasks to larger projects.

In 2015, the story of SHAPING NEW TOMORROW began in the city of Aalborg, Denmark. Three childhood friends set out to change the way we think of traditional menswear, by seamlessly blending the comfort of sportswear with the style of casual business attire. From these beginnings, SHAPING NEW TOMORROW has since grown and evolved into an innovative, tech-oriented, and international clothing brand.
