A day in the life of our IT department
Our IT department is a vital part of Shaping New Tomorrow. It makes the operations run much smoother and makes the wheels go round.
In the IT department, our main tasks consist of:
- IT Support to the entire organization and all Shapers – securing that all equipment and programs are functioning.
- IT Security – including evaluation and implementation of a cybersecurity policy and risk assessments of our programs.
- Supporting business projects.
We pride ourselves in supporting our fellow Shapers and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. That also means that we work closely with all departments to ensure best-in-class tools, systems, and support for all business units.
We are flexible in many ways - when it comes to working hours, location, and tasks, which means that you have the possibility to structure your workday to your preferences. We have an informal tone and like to have fun with each other and the rest of our Shaper colleagues.

“Being an IT Administrator means that much of my time is spent helping others. Being able to help others, and see the joy that it brings, warms my heart every single time and is something I absolutely love. When not helping others, I get to arrange my day as needed. This means that I both get to decide which tasks to complete and when to complete them.
