“Being an IT Administrator means that much of my time is spent helping others. Being able to help others, and see the joy that it brings, warms my heart every single time and is something I absolutely love. When not helping others, I get to arrange my day as needed. This means that I both get to decide which tasks to complete and when to complete them. Another aspect I love is the fact that I am allowed to decide (within reason) when I arrive and leave every day, simplifying the process of making work life and family life combine. This freedom with responsibility is particularly important to me, as it shows mutual trust internally in the department. I highly appreciate the collaboration with my boss. We have different profiles and levels of experience, meaning that when combined, we cover a large area, and we support each other well. In the organization and our department, there is a great atmosphere where you quickly experience that everybody is welcoming, open, and willing to help you. You will also feel the company’s attitude; open minded, can-do attitude, and having an enjoyable time while working. This freedom with responsibility combined with the company atmosphere are huge wins for me and something making me look forward to the next day of working.”
