An analytical mindset to marketing
Our Performance Marketing team is responsible for orchestrating all PM channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Affiliate Marketing, DV360, and more. We oversee Facebook ads internally, while other channels are outsourced to specialized agencies. Furthermore, we also work with Web Tracking & Analytics, focused on optimizing our data insights and reporting, to ensure that we maximize the value of our analytical efforts.
Overall, these are the areas we work with to ensure a great Performance Marketing setup at SNT:
- Campaign Monitoring and Optimization: Reviewing ongoing campaigns across various platforms, analyzing key performance metrics like CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc., and improving overall performance by adjusting e.g., targeting and ad creatives.
- A/B Testing: Planning and executing A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance, as well as analyzing test results and implementing changes based on findings.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and allocating campaign budgets and ensuring spending is aligned with targets and goals.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generating and presenting regular reports and findings to stakeholders highlighting key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
We work closely together with other departments, such as CRM, E-Commerce, and Creative, to align our marketing efforts to the broader business goals and our customers. We value transparency and openness within the Performance Marketing team and with other stakeholders. We also aim to be proactive in the steering of projects and in sharing results that may be relevant to other teams or departments.
