Our Production & Quality department is located in Portugal. Our focus lies on the quality and craftsmanship of our products and running purchase orders.

Our tasks vary and our workdays are never the same. Some of our tasks include:

• Field work along with the suppliers - sometimes even visiting 2-3 suppliers in different locations. Always on the move
• Auditing purchase orders
• Quality control of our products - flagging potential defects and non-conformities, and ultimately deciding whether or not a product lives up to our standards
• Tracking suppliers quality performance and expediting manufacturing issues
• Finding, developing, and producing new textiles, fabrics and treatments for R&D to utilize in the innovative phase
• Capacity increase, by recruiting new leads and suppliers for our production

We work closely together with the R&D department securing the right processes for our textiles and fabrics, and adjusting them according to our needs.

The quality work that we do is essential for the end consumer. We secure that our materials and suppliers are top notch.

Our department is not the most visible in Shaping New Tomorrow, but it is key in improving our overall quality, craftsmanship, and innovation of our company and products.
