Exceeding expectations and providing excellent service to our guests

In the Stores, our primary task is to help our guests, and we take great pride in providing them with excellent service and extraordinary experiences. As the only people in Shaping New Tomorrow, we meet our guests face to face everyday, and when we are in the stores we also function as living mannequins. Our culture and can-do attitude reflects throughout the different stores and are a large part of our mindset.

Every store consists of a Store Manager, an Assistant Store Manager, and several full time and part time Sales Assistants. Everyone ready to welcome our guests to the stores.

The tasks in the stores are many and no days are the same. But the tasks can include:

  • Providing service for our guests that proceeds expectations
  • Maintenance of the store, making sure that store looks great and that we are always ready for our guests
  • Receiving products and sorting them in our storage
  • Participating in development training
  • Spreading good vibes 

We care about each other, and want everyone to have the freedom to perform and excel when being a part of our team. Therefore, we are devoted to providing each other with feedback and participating in development trainings, to ensure that we are always one cohesive team. We are a unit, and many mention the word ‘family’ when they think about the community in the physical stores. We cannot succeed without succeeding as a team.

In 2015, the story of SHAPING NEW TOMORROW began in the city of Aalborg, Denmark. Three childhood friends set out to change the way we think of traditional menswear, by seamlessly blending the comfort of sportswear with the style of casual business attire. From these beginnings, SHAPING NEW TOMORROW has since grown and evolved into an innovative, tech-oriented, and international clothing brand.
