Would you like to become a âShaperâ and be a part of a high-performance team of skilled Customer Care Agents? Then this job position is for you. We are looking for full time employee to join our team as we are busy handling inquiries from customers.
Shaping the customer experience of tomorrow
As our new colleague in Customer Care, you will become a part of a passionate team handling customer service inquiries from around the world. As you will be an ambassador for SHAPING NEW TOMORROW, we expect you to be positive and focused on giving our customers an extraordinary customer experience. You will experience compassion and willingness to go the extra mile for both customers and colleagues within the team. The job is fast-paced and holds great responsibility.
Your main tasks will include:
Providing customer service via e-mail, phone, and chat
Community management on Facebook and Instagram
Handling of reviews on Trustpilot, Trustedshops, Google, and Facebook

About you
Perhaps you have been studying communication, language, or another related field suitable for this job position. Regardless, you get the opportunity to work with several different languages and develop your skills further. As our new Customer Care Agent, you provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude, a high level of flexibility, loyalty, and thoroughness. Last but not least, you are a team player. You will be working with motivated and passionate people, who are highly driven to do their best every single day to make a difference.
This position is perfect for a gap year, as the employment is fixed for the upcoming year, giving you the ideal opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow.
For this position, we expect that you have:
Strong verbal and written English or Danish skills
Verbal and written German skills are a huge advantage, but not a requirement
Flair for providing high-level customer service experiences
Intermediate level of IT understanding
But most importantly, you:
Are structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented
Have a positive mind and a can-do attitude
Are social and a team player
Have an eagerness to learn
Love to laugh
Are interested in a full-time job
