In HR & Communication, we work with almost everything that has to do with our Shapers.
Our work areas include, but are not limited to:
- All stages of the employee life cycle (pre-, on-, & off-boarding), and we strive to make it a good experience throughout.
- Recruiting & talent acquisition - finding the right Shapers for the right positions in cooperation with the respective departments.
- Focusing on people development, helping our Shapers explore and develop their potential through courses and dialogues.
- We aim at securing job satisfaction for our Shapers, through initiatives such as the APV (workplace assessment) and social activities across the organization.
- Creating an internal communication and information universe, and securing the availability and coherency of this.
- Working with employer branding, showcasing what we think is awesome about our company.
- Continuously ensuring legal compliance throughout our HR processes.

Currently, our team consists of several sub-teams to secure broader expertise and knowledge in different areas within the field. That includes HR Operations, Center of Excellence, HRBPs, and Communication located in our HQs in both Aalborg and Hamburg.
