Are you passionate about customer relationship management and eager to make a significant impact on our business growth? We're looking for a talented CRM Specialist to play a pivotal role in building our upcoming loyalty and referral program in 2024 and to drive the expansion of the program in the future. In collaboration with our Senior CRM & Campaign Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic CRM projects across various channels.
Elevate customer experience
As our CRM Specialist you will collect, analyze, and use customer data to encourage a shift towards a more customer-centric business. Our aim is to better comprehend our customers based on informed decision-making in both strategic and operational aspects.
Together with the Senior CRM Manager you will contribute to CRM projects in key areas like New Markets and Loyalty & Omnichannel.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop and enhance the Shaping New Tomorrow loyalty and referral program and strategy
- Take ownership of the loyalty system, driving and supporting key stakeholders and implementing strategies for maximum engagement and customer loyalty
- Drive the expansion of the loyalty program to strengthen brand loyalty
- Introducing innovative features, incentives, and benefits for our most loyal customers to exceed customers expectations
- Implement robust reporting to evaluate and make data driven actions on the performance of loyalty and referral activities
- Convert customer data into actionable insights to contribute to strategic and operational decision-making
- Collaborate with the Senior CRM & Campaign Manager on projects within key strategic areas of CRM.
Establishing a strong and high-quality database for the loyalty club with a consistent influx of new members is essential to achieve our objectives for growth and loyal customer retention rate to secure sustainable business growth. To succeed in this role, your focus will be on enhancing customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value by continuously developing our loyalty program. Additionally, you will play a key role in extending our referral program to facilitate new customer acquisition.
Analytical brilliance and a passion for driving results
Ideally you bring a track record of success in CRM, loyalty programs, and customer retention strategies from an international e-commerce business. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with various CRM tools and systems is a key asset.
With a deep understanding of customers’ needs combined with a result-driven mindset, you maintain focus on CRM initiatives and work seamlessly with key stakeholders.
You thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, showcasing a strong motivation to pursue and achieve your personal goals. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is a prerequisite for this position.
