Always ensuring best-in-class service to the organization

You will be involved in a wide range of exciting tasks across the HR yearly wheel. We are always aiming to optimize our ways of working to create best-in-class service for the organization and to exceed our own expectations. Therefore, you will also have a great opportunity to make your own mark on the role.

Overall, your tasks will involve:

Before hiring

• Create a great start for our new Shapers by ensuring a happy and thorough onboarding experience.

• Continuously updating and improving our Career Page to attract future talents.

During employment

• Ensuring regular, transparent, and professional communication from HR, such as internal communication and employer branding initiatives.

• Planning and facilitating social events and initiatives.

• Daily support to the entire organization and responsibility for various recurring and ad hoc operational tasks.

• Being a super-user in our HR systems among others, our recruitment system “TeamTailor” and our HRMS (HiBob”), a focus being process optimization.

• Ensuring that our employee data is always up to date and creating efficient administrative flows, that make operations run automatically and smoothly.

• Being responsible for handling the process of our Employee Engagement Survey.

After employment

• Creating a great exit experience for our Shapers to walk out the door as ambassadors.

Who are you?

You’ll have approximately 1-3 years of experience working with a broad range of communicative and operational tasks within HR:

• You are easygoing and love to speak with our Shapers across the organization.

• You have a proactive mindset and enjoy trying new things - even the ones that are out of your comfort zone. No task is too little or too big for you to try and have a go at it.

• You value others’ opinions and ideas and try to use them to create the best solutions for the organization, and you know when to ask for help.

• You appreciate and value teamwork and collaboration across the organization.

• It is a prerequisite that you possess a high level of proficiency in written and verbal English & Danish.

• You are tech-savvy and it is preferred if you have experience with navigating HR systems (we use Hibob and Teamtailor).

• You value teamwork and collaboration across the organization.

• You would like to spend most of your time at our HQ in Aalborg - close to the organization.
